  • Practicing good vaginal hygiene  
  • Although the vagina acts as a self-cleaning machine, you can take it for granted and forget all your responsibilities to maintain its overall health. Vaginal itching can sometimes occur when you don’t clean your lady part after urination or intercourse. Hence, it’s always advised to use clean it thoroughly. 

    But since your vulva is sensitive, you should keep track of the products you use. Some soaps, especially ones with scented fragrances, can make you itchy down there. Therefore, you should opt for paraben-free intimate hygiene for women like VG-Wash. It contains Aloe Vera and Tulsi and is suitable for all skin types.
