    • Never use soaps to clean your lady parts

    It’s better not to fall into the temptation of using soaps to keep things fresh down there. Your intimate region is the most sensitive part of your body and needs the utmost care. Soaps can disrupt the pH balance of your vagina by washing away a helpful bacteria called Lactobacilli. Instead, you can either use clean water or intimate hygiene wash products to cleanse your genitals.
