Ordering and Shipping

Yes, you can do this by filling in your address as the 'Billing address', and the address you wish to ship it to, as the 'Shipping address'.

Unfortunately, products listed as "Out of Stock" are not available for immediate sale. However, we can notify you as soon as the product is back in the stock. Simply click on the product, once you are on the product page, you will see an option that says 'Notify Me' and enter your registered email address. We will send you a notification email as soon as the product is back in stock. Remember, this can only be done if you have a La-Elega account and are signed in at the same time.

Yes, we ship our products all over the globe.

Please note that free shipping is not applicable for international orders and that shipping rates could vary depending on your region.

We Ship the product within 1 Business day from the date of purchase. Once Shipped You expect your order within 3 to 5 Business days.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation text message containing tracking information. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery and estimated delivery date.

Payments

Debit Card/Credit Card, Net Banking, American Express, UPI, CO

If you are uncomfortable making online payments, you can use our Cash on Delivery (COD) facility. This facility allows you to pay your invoice amount in cash at the time of actual delivery at your doorstep

Due to the limitations of the couriers we use, COD is not yet available for all pin codes in India. During the checkout process, you can use our pin code finder to check if the COD facility is available for your delivery address.

Yes, With prepaid order you get 15% additional discount.

Return and Exchange

We at La-Elega follows a no-return or exchange policy. We will only allow exchanges or returns if the product is damaged, empty or has wrong/missing item at the time of delivery.

Customers must share an unboxing video, a packaging defect video, as well as pictures of the damaged product or any item in question. For damaged/ wrong/ missing product-related redressal, please contact our customer service at care@la-elega.in or call us at 9318422676 within 48 hours of the product being delivered.
